Mortal Shell II — Parasitic Stone: Leech Stacks from the Martyr's Tomb Chest

Published 2026-09-173 min read

The Parasitic Stone grants Leech stacks for every enemy slain in Mortal Shell II, scaling the reward per stack as it levels. It sits in a coffin-style chest deep in the Martyr's Tomb dungeon below the Widow's Overlook.

The Parasitic Stone is combat Tarstone with one appetite: kills. Every enemy you slay grants a Leech stack, and those stacks keep you standing — a simple, self-feeding loop that turns crowded dungeons into a buffet.

A coffin-chest at the bottom of the Martyr's Tomb holds a very hungry stone.

How to get it

  1. Open the map and fast travel to the Widow's Overlook Beacon.
  2. Set out for the Martyr's Tomb dungeon below the Overlook.
  3. Clear the enemies along the descent — the tomb does not let you sneak past all of them, and you will want the practice anyway.
  4. Deep in the dungeon, find the coffin-style chest and open it. The Parasitic Stone is inside.

What it does

  • Every kill grants Leech stacks, each restoring health — the core loop of the stone.
  • Upgrades raise the stacks earned per kill, compounding the heal rate as the stone levels.

Where it fits

The Parasitic Stone rewards the same lifestyle as the Unwieldly Stone but with no activation cost — passive healing for players already slaughtering their way through packs. Run it alongside area weapons and watch entire rooms become a regen tick.
